Place Orders and Pay Online
The Shopatron shopping service makes it easy to find and purchase the special products you need. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery.
Shopatron currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
VAT
VAT will be applied to your order for the relevant country your order ships from. You will see the VAT amount included in the products as you navigate through the site. However VAT will be pulled out into a separate line item as you checkout with your order.
Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
Telephone, postal mail, Fax, and email orders are not accepted.
If you cannot use our convenient online shopping catalog, you may be using an outdated browser. To view content and place orders on our Web site, we recommend that you use the most recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, Firefox, or Safari.
Shopatron does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should not ever send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a secure practice.
COD Orders
COD orders are not accepted.
Shipping and Handling Charges
NoaPoa ships within most European countries and customer contributions for shipping and handling costs are as follows:
EUR 5,95 (EUR 5,00 excl. VAT) for The Netherlands
EUR 9,95 (EUR 8,36 excl. VAT) for Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Luxembourg
For Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Portugal and for some islands and remote areas surcharges apply.
You will be notified by email before these charges are made to your credit card.
Countries that are not listed above or in our checkout process are not (yet) available for receiving Shopatron orders.
Preferred Shipping Method
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments. As you check out, you can select whether or not to allow us to split your order. A nominal additional shipping fee may be applied to a split package.
If you want to avoid any additional shipping fees, please make sure to select "Single Package" during checkout. Otherwise we will split your orders into 2 packages if that is the fastest way to get your order to you.
